Laura Vilsbæk

Laura Vilsbæk is an experienced professional focused on enhancing diversity in Danish boards through various initiatives. As the founder of Nyibestyrelsen.dk since January 2018, Laura has developed courses, lectures, and podcasts to guide individuals toward their first board positions. In addition to delivering engaging talks at Youandx and serving as a lecturer at Copenhagen Business Academy and Erhvervsakademi Dania, Laura contributes as a board member for several organizations, including Logitrans A/S, Lakeside A/S, B GREEN by Callapor A/S, and Natur-Drogeriet A/S, emphasizing digital transformation and business development. Laura is also active in policy discussions as a member of the Digitaliserings- og Ligestillingsministeriet's Rådet for SMV:Digital and the Forum for Cybersikkerhed. With educational credentials from Aarhus University and Syddansk Universitet, Laura combines expertise in corporate communications and the science of religion to inform leadership practices.
