Tine Huge

Tine Huge is a seasoned leader and organizational development expert currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Huge-by-Heart since January 2015 and as an Inspirator and workshop leader at Youandx since August 2021. With a rich background in leadership mentoring and process consultancy, Tine specializes in change and transformation processes, co-creation, and personal leadership training. Previous roles include Program Lead at Demokrati Garage/We Do Democracy and Souschef at Kulturzonen, where a focus on cultural event management and participatory leadership was prominent. Tine has held various consulting and mentoring positions across multiple organizations, including Muusmann A/S and Københavns Kommune, and has designed and hosted numerous training and coaching sessions in diverse areas such as trauma therapy and conflict management. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts from Roskilde University, training in drama and theater, and certifications in trauma therapy and leadership facilitation.
