David Rendon currently serves as Product Director at YouGov since July 2023, leading a team of over 20 experts to enhance the survey platform infrastructure. Prior to this role, David held several positions at The AA from November 2016 to July 2023, including Head of Product for B2B, where innovation in breakdown insurance products was a key focus, and Senior Product Manager, overseeing product development in both B2B and B2C sectors. Earlier experience includes working as a Product Manager at HSBC from April 2011 to November 2016, where retail savings accounts were managed and optimized. David began the career as a Senior Customer Service Officer after earning a Diploma of Higher Education in Computer Technology from Sheffield Hallam University in 2010.
