Jovana Djavolovic

Jovana Djavolovic has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources.

Jovana is currently working as the Head of HR at YouHodler since April 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at PEOPLE FOCUS doo as an HR Business Partner from January 2022 to April 2022, and as an IT Recruiter Consultant from October 2021 to January 2022.

Jovana also has experience as an HR Manager at Acumenics from June 2018 to June 2020, and as a Recruiter at LINK group from February 2018 to June 2018.

Jovana has additional experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Benetton Group from March 2017 to February 2018.

Furthermore, Jovana worked as an Organizer and Interpreter at the Municipality of Florence (Comune di Firenze) in 2015, as a Research and Teaching Assistant at FLV - fakultet za pravne i poslovne studije from 2012 to 2013, and as a Congress organizer at Easy Travel and Events from 2009 to 2011.

Jovana Djavolovic has a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Niš, which they completed between 2003 and 2011. Jovana also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Political Science: International relations, which they earned from Università degli Studi di Firenze between 2014 and 2017. Additionally, they participated in several conferences and workshops, such as the CEE Forum for young legal, political and social theorists at the University of Greisfwald in 2013 and the workshop "European Integration in Serbia" at the Fridrich Naumann Foundation in 2008. Jovana has also participated in simulation exercises, including the "Model European Union" at James Madison University in 2014 and being a delegate on the YEU Assembly at the European Movement in 2014. Recently, they have focused on HR coordination and management, attending a program at the Benetton headquarters in Treviso, Italy.
