Valera Barmin

Valera Barmin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Valera is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at YouHodler, where they oversee the product lifecycle and supervises the roadmap for a Web3 platform with 1.2 million users worldwide. Prior to this, Valera was a Deputy CPO and Product Manager at YouHodler, where they developed and enhanced the trading stream.

Valera also co-founded Trips, a company focused on developing a cities/regions/countries database aggregator. Valera was responsible for supervising development, architecture design, and market research. Valera held this role until 2022.

In addition, Valera worked as a Business Analyst at Neocrypto, designing services for a TON community exchange platform. Valera also worked as a System Analyst and Product Owner at Symbridge, where they designed and integrated a backend exchange component.

Valera's other experiences include working as a Full Stack Engineer and Marketing Manager at SovEcon, a co-founder of Seventy Factorial, a Marketing Manager at Onederx, an Algorithmic Robots Developer at Zerich Capital Management, a Guest Lecturer at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, and the Head of Online Marketing at Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Valera Barmin earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation in 2016. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Companies' risk management from the same university, completing it in 2018. In 2022, Valera obtained the UK Global Talent visa from the UK Home Office.
