Marni Jackson

Marni Jackson has work experience in various roles at different companies. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Customer Care Management / Reporting Analyst at Genesis. In 2009, they joined Youi Insurance and held positions such as Sales and Service Quality, Communications/ Service Quality Manager, Head of Sales, Client Services and Retention, Head of Operations (NZ), Executive Director at Youi NZ, and currently serves as the Head of Product (Car) since August 2020.

Marni Jackson obtained a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce with a focus on Strategic Management from The University of Waikato during the period of 2003-2007. Marni also completed an Executive Education program in Finance for Non-Financial Managers at The University of Auckland in 2020. Additionally, they earned a Certificate IV in General Insurance from ANZIIF between 2011 and 2013. Lastly, Marni completed a Leadership Focus Course at NZQA Level 4, specializing in First Line Leadership, in 2008.
