Michael Mihaly

Michael Mihaly currently serves as a Delivery Manager at Auto & General Australia, focusing on continuous improvement, change delivery, and project management since November 2022. Previously, Michael held various roles at Youi Insurance from May 2017, including Operations Capability and Process Manager, where responsibilities encompassed IVR management, project delivery, and training development. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as Claims Team Manager and Claims Consultant, as well as an English Second Language Teacher at Monty škola. Additionally, experience as a Restaurant Supervisor at InterContinental Hotels Group was gained from October 2012 to December 2014. Michael holds a Grad. Cert. in TESOL from Griffith University and dual degrees in Russian Studies and Zoology/Animal Biology from The University of Queensland.
