Monica de Los Angeles Rivera Sosa

Monica De Los Angeles Rivera Sosa is an accomplished professional currently serving as an International Relations Fellow at Young Americas Business Trust since September 2024. At Emerson College, Monica has held roles as a Student Ambassador to the Admissions Department and as a Communication Studies Department Ambassador since January 2023. Previous experience includes serving as an External Relations Intern at the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center, where responsibilities encompassed researching and drafting grant proposals, stewardship activities, and database management. Monica also completed a mentorship as a Placement Student at Planet Sport focusing on sports communications and journalism, and worked as a Digital Communications Intern for Representative Katherine Clark D-MA. Additionally, Monica interned with the Reading With Your Kids Podcast, contributing to outreach and development efforts. Monica is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Political Communication at Emerson College, expected to graduate in May 2026.
