Jessica Hebron is the Chief Program Officer at Young Audiences Arts For Learning. Jessica has over 18 years of experience working in various educational and theatrical organizations. Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Education in Theatre Education from George Mason University.

Jessica began their career as a Drama Teacher with the York County School Division in 2006. Jessica then became the Camp Director for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission in 2009. In 2010, Jessica joined Kaiser Permanente as an Educational Theatre Specialist where they worked for four years. Jessica then became the Interim Executive Director for the Prince George's African American Museum and Cultural Center in 2015. Jessica was with the organization for five years before joining Busboys and Poets as the Children's Program Coordinator in 2019. Jessica has been with their current organization, Young Audiences Arts For Learning, since 2020.

Jessica Hebron has a Master of Business Administration from Morgan State University's Graves School of Business & Management, a Master of Arts in Arts Management from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Education & African American Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University.
