Lashay Green

Lashay Green currently serves as the Local Cultural Education Partnership Manager at Young Brent Foundation, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Lashay worked as a Creative Learning Officer at Ambassador Theatre Group from May 2023 to July 2025 and held the role of Duty Manager at Kiln Theatre from May 2021 to October 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Creative Facilitator at Skipz Productions cic in July 2021, where workshops focused on performing arts for children from lower economic backgrounds, and as an Emerging Artist with Apples and Snakes from February 2021 to July 2021, contributing to a commissioned immersive poetic experience. Lashay also worked as a Project Assistant for the Black in Power Podcast, ensuring accessibility for deaf and neurodiverse individuals, and earlier experiences include a role as a Commercial Retail Assistant at Madame Tussauds. Educationally, Lashay earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Winchester in July 2021.
