Sean M. Robins, M.Ed., serves as the Executive Director for Young Education Professionals, overseeing strategy and operations for the nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering early-to-mid-career education professionals. With experience as a Policy Associate at the Association of Community College Trustees, Sean led various grant-funded initiatives supporting community college leaders, facilitated technical assistance, and developed processes for program alignment. Previous roles include Operations & Policy Associate at Bainum Family Foundation, where Sean combined operations with policy research, and Research Consultant for Teach Plus, focusing on early childhood education policy.
