Sean M. Robins

Sean M. Robins, M.Ed., serves as the Executive Director for Young Education Professionals, overseeing strategy and operations for the nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering early-to-mid-career education professionals. With experience as a Policy Associate at the Association of Community College Trustees, Sean led various grant-funded initiatives supporting community college leaders, facilitated technical assistance, and developed processes for program alignment. Previous roles include Operations & Policy Associate at Bainum Family Foundation, where Sean combined operations with policy research, and Research Consultant for Teach Plus, focusing on early childhood education policy. Earlier career history includes serving as Senior Coordinator at The Washington Center and teaching GED classes with Greenville Literacy Association. Sean holds a Master of Education in Education Policy and Leadership from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Furman University.
