Lizzie Gorvett

Lizzie Gorvett has extensive work experience in human resources and training. Lizzie is currently the Head of Human Resources at Young Epilepsy since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of HR at St Piers School and College from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they served as the Head of HR at Go Train Ltd from 2021 to 2022. Lizzie also had a role as the Human Resources Manager at LDN Apprenticeships from 2020 to 2021. Lizzie worked as an independent HR and Training Consultant at #loveyourstaff from 2019 to 2020. Lizzie took a career break from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they held positions as the Director of HR/Operations at The Apprenticeship College and the Director of Operations at Apprentices for Business from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Apprenticeship Support Consultant at Capital Training Group in 2010 and as an Apprenticeship Co-ordinator at NHS South East Coast Strategic Health Authority from 2009 to 2010. Lizzie has expertise in various HR roles, including strategic planning, training, and employee engagement.

Lizzie Gorvett attended Collyers from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued AS Levels. It is worth noting that they did not earn a degree during this period. Later, from 2014 to 2021, they attended University Centre Croydon. While there, they completed a CIPD HRM Level 7 postgraduate program.
