Lara Ewen

Lara Ewen is a seasoned editor and educator with extensive experience in journalism, content creation, and music event management. Currently serving as a Senior Editor at Industry Dive since January 2023, Lara also teaches Level 1 Article Writing at Gotham Writers Workshop. With a long-standing role at the American Folk Art Museum since 2010, Lara manages the Free Music Fridays series and oversees social media communications for the museum. Prior experience includes a U.S. retail market columnist position at Rapaport, reporting on home design and real estate for Newsday, and freelance writing for major publications like The New York Times and Rolling Stone. Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Boston University.
