Nathan Barrett possesses extensive experience in operations and leadership within the logistics and safety sectors, particularly at Young Guns Container Crew since 2010. Currently serving as State Operations Coach, Nathan focuses on remote customer service and leadership development. Previous roles include Leadership & Training Manager, where Nathan aligned training strategies with business objectives, and National Health and Safety Manager, responsible for nationwide safety policies and culture. Additional experience includes interim management positions overseeing operations in Victoria and Western Australia, as well as program development for risk management as QAS Manager. Nathan's career foundation began as Assistant Manager at Whitsunday Terraces.
