Alara Urunga

Alara Urunga is a dedicated violinist who has played with various youth symphony orchestras, including Mozart Academy and Narlıdere Municipality Youth Symphony Orchestra. Alara also has experience as a Team Captain with the #6988 ACI35 Robotics Team. Alara is currently a Volunteer at Toplum Gönüllüleri Vakfı (TOG) and has interned at Koç Üniversitesi, focusing on designing biomaterials for diabetes treatment. Additionally, Alara participated in the mySEV AI Bootcamp at the SEV– Health and Education Foundation, where Alara developed AI software for medical condition detection. Alara has also conducted cancer bioinformatics research at the Cambridge Centre for International Research and Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center.
