Ashley Garcia Torres

Ashley Garcia Torres is an experienced advocate and emerging leader in the field of political science and community activism. Currently serving as an Advocate at Young Invincibles and a Board Member and Secretary to the Board at the Academy of Urban Learning, Ashley also holds the position of Student Director at Regis University. In addition, Ashley coordinates policy fellow programs at Young Aspiring Americans for Social and Political Activism (YAASPA) and participates in a fellowship for pre-law students through Law School...Yes We Can!. Board membership at STRIDE Community Health Center and involvement with the National Center for Youth Law further demonstrate Ashley's commitment to community service and youth advocacy. Recent experiences include a Legislative Internship with the Colorado House of Representatives and a fellowship with the JULIAN Freedom Summer 24 program. Ashley is set to complete a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Regis University in May 2024.
