Zaïda Floren currently serves as a Sustainability Strategist for the Jonge Klimaatbeweging, focusing on promoting the interests of Dutch youth in EU Circular Economy Directives. As an Ambassador and Finalist with the Young Lady Business Academy, Zaïda participates in enriching programs aimed at empowering young women. Previously, Zaïda held multiple roles at We Are Tomorrow Global Partnership, including Interim Board Member and Facilitator for the Community Building Taskforce. Other notable experiences include serving as Treasurer for GROW 2.0 within Jonge Klimaatbeweging and engaging with the Youth Council Going4Altena. Zaïda has also tutored various subjects at Sint-Oelbert Gymnasium and completed a student internship at the Huis van de Nederlandse Provincies. Zaïda is pursuing a Master's degree in Societal Transitions at Erasmus University Rotterdam, building on a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability Studies from Utrecht University and other academic qualifications.
