Emily Chang

Emily Chang is a professional with extensive experience in leadership development and training within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Learning & Leadership Development Staff Associate at Young Life Asia Pacific since August 2023, Emily has held multiple roles at Young Life since September 2018, including Training Program Coordinator, Local Ministry Coordinator, and Global Cities Fellow. Previous experience includes serving as a Teacher's Assistant at Liaoning Normal University and as a Graduate Assistant at Missouri State University. Additional roles include Interpreter for Cantonese at Bilingual International Assistant Services and Insurance Producer at Farmers Insurance. Emily holds a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the same institution, along with international academic experience at Anyang University.
