Shelley Meador

Shelley Meador currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Young Life since September 2022 and is the Owner & Operator of M&M HOLDINGS I, INC, which includes multiple companies focused on dump truck services, over the road transportation, heavy haul services, and third-party logistics. Previously, Shelley held various senior leadership roles at Allegion, PLC from 2013 to 2021, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Communications and Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Other notable positions include Vice President of Tax at Hillenbrand Inc. and Partner at KPMG, among others. Shelley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University - Miller College of Business and has furthered education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
