Anna Coutts

Anna Coutts has extensive experience in human resources management. Anna is currently the Head of HR, EMEA at Young Living Essential Oils since October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Group Human Resources Director at A&O IT Group from April 2022 to September 2023. Anna also held positions at Young Living Essential Oils as the Head of HR, EMEA & Russia from March 2020 to March 2022, and as a Human Resources Management Consultant while being self-employed from February 2019 to February 2020. Additionally, they worked at Hotelplan UK Ltd, where they held various roles including Group Head of Strategic Projects (secondment), Group Head of HR (Europe & North America), and HR & Recruitment Manager (Europe & North America) from May 2017 to January 2019, May 2012 to May 2017, and from an unspecified start date to April 2012, respectively. Anna also has experience as the HR & Senior Recruitment Manager and Regional Operations Manager at Esprit Holidays Ltd from an unspecified start date to 2010 and from 2003 to an unspecified end date, respectively.

Anna Coutts has a diverse education history. Anna obtained a CIPD (Level 7) Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development between 2020 and 2023.
