Michelle Zaugg is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate governance and legal operations. Currently serving as Director of International Legal & Corporate Governance at Young Living Essential Oils since October 2015, Michelle oversees the international paralegal team while managing corporate maintenance and compliance for both domestic and international entities. Previous roles at Young Living include Sr. Manager and Paralegal Manager, where responsibilities encompassed contract management and support for legal teams. Michelle's extensive litigation experience began in 1989, with roles at various law firms, providing support in areas such as personal injury, construction law, and insurance defense. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Utah and an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal from Utah Valley University.
