Mark Dibble is the CEO of the Young Men's Christian Association of Gloucester County. Mark has previously worked as a business strategy consultant for Accenture, where they were recruited for their effective project management and creative problem-solving skills.

At Accenture, Dibble built high-performing teams to resolve complex business problems and rebuild systems, ensuring sustainability and profitability. Mark partnered with the C-suite of various organizations and served as a trusted advisor, navigating ambiguity and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver unmatched solutions.

Dibble has a proven track record of solving complicated organization-spanning problems. Mark resolved a revenue loss problem at a multibillion-dollar organization, working across departments and externally to rectify mechanical accuracy and chargeback issues, shift employee mindset and institute new trainings, address IT system incompatibility and legacy system lack of function, negotiate with labor relations, ensure third-party and other stakeholder satisfaction, and remove C-suite intractability. Mark also implemented a framework to recover $200M annual lost revenue for a large government agency.

In addition, Dibble managed a multimillion-dollar project to pinpoint the source of continued losses despite an initiative to lower inventory and reduce costs. Mark identified and rectified multiple institutional issues, including disjointed communication between multi-site operations, aged and incompatible IT system, poor human resource controls and training, and lack of management cooperation. As a result of their efforts, the company yielded $8-$16M in savings and $1.7-$3.5M in annual savings.

Mark Dibble achieved their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a focus in finance, marketing, management and organizations, and management and strategy. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from SUNY Geneseo, with a minor in environmental science.
