Carla Struckhoff

With seasoned experience and an unwavering commitment to our team at the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg, Carla Struckhoff leads our team as director of human resources. In her role, Carla provides leadership in hiring and maintaining high-quality staff for the team. She also oversees the development and implementation of human resources policies and services. Carla is also one of our two Certified Praesidium Guardians, a distinguished role that further demonstrates her commitment to the safety and well-being of our youth at the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg.

Carla attended Southeast Missouri State University, where she earned a BS in Psychology. She also holds a MA in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University. In her personal life, Carla enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons as well as cooking, traveling and visiting our sunny Florida beaches.
