Mariam Akhter

Mariam Akhter is a Lead Project Coordinator at Young Power in Social Action (YPSA), where Mariam leads the IRC-GAC Project in the Rohingya Refugee Camps and host community of Ukhiya and Teknaf. Prior to this role, Mariam served as a Senior Specialist in Technical Education & Wellbeing at UCEP Bangladesh and as a Manager-Social Inclusion at BRAC. With a background in Zoology and Genetics, Mariam has been dedicated to empowering adolescent girls through various programs over the years.
