Firazia Sardar

Firazia Sardar has a diverse work experience in the field of project development and legal roles. Firazia is currently serving as the Managing Director at Young Venture Group since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Allround Group Advisor at Young Venture Group from December 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Young Venture Group, Firazia worked as a Co-founder and Corporate Lawyer at FSW Projectontwikkeling B.V. since July 2013. Their responsibilities included land acquisition and the development of a project called "Port West" consisting of 116 new apartments for the company's portfolio.

Firazia has also served as the Director of Real Estate Development at Praedium Investments B.V. from October 2020 to December 2021 and as the Director of Legal & Acquisition at Curae Management BV from December 2019 to December 2021.

In their earlier career, Firazia worked as the Chief Legal Officer at M.S. Vastgoed B.V. from January 2016 to April 2019. Their duties included drafting various legal documents related to construction, purchase, lease, and agreements.

Firazia started their career at M.S. Vastgoed & Belegging B.V. in May 2005 as a Corporate Lawyer & General Manager, where they handled a wide range of legal matters such as contract drafting, representation in litigation, establishment of homeowner associations, and overseeing general and contractual affairs.

Furthermore, Firazia has experience as a Co-founder and Managing Director at The Apartment Company from January 2013 to December 2014.

Firazia Sardar began their education at Mollerlyceum Bergen op Zoom in 1994, where they completed their HAVO degree in 1999. Firazia then continued their studies at the same school and obtained their Middelbare School degree in 2000. In 2003, Firazia enrolled at Erasmus University Rotterdam and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Rechten / Rechten en rechtswetenschappen, which they successfully completed in 2003. Firazia then furthered their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Rechten / Rechten en rechtswetenschappen by the year 2005. In 2006, Firazia attended Beroepsopleiding makelaars - VBO for a year, specializing in makelaardij. Lastly, from 2019 to 2022, they attended TIAS School for Business and Society to pursue a Master's degree in Real Estate.
