Wim de Jong

Wim de Jong is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of Young Venture Group, established in October 2005, which invests in a diverse portfolio of companies under the Young-label. De Jong has a background in real estate, having developed multiple housing projects in and around The Hague after initially investing savings into rental properties. Additionally, de Jong founded Young Bootstrapping during studies in Rotterdam, creating the first catering company for students and organizing numerous events. Currently, De Jong serves as a jury member and partner for the AFAS Young Business Award and as a jury member and advisor for Young Impact, advocating for recognition of young individuals committed to societal and environmental contributions. De Jong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leisure from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
