Eréndira Peña Tovar

Eréndira Peña Tovar has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles throughout their career. Eréndira started their career as a Coordinador Académico y Docente at Colegio Florencia Nightingale from 1994 to 1996. Eréndira then moved on to work at Nacional Monte de Piedad as Jefe de Capacitación y Desarrollo, where they were responsible for developing training programs and organizing courses and workshops for the staff from 1996 to 1999.

Following that, they joined Grupo Bimbo as a Global Training Manager from 2000 to 2005, where they designed and executed training plans and programs for the sales department, impacting 72,000 sales personnel worldwide. Eréndira also actively participated in the company's strategic planning and the implementation of new management models.

Eréndira'snext career move was to JAFRA Cosmetics International, where they served as a Regional Sales Director from 2005 to 2011, providing guidance, training, and support to sales leaders. Eréndira also designed and implemented training and business development strategies and strengthened the Multilevel Sales Program.

From 2011 to 2016, Eréndira worked as the National Training and Communication Manager at JAFRA Cosmetics International. Eréndira'sresponsibilities included developing an annual training plan and creating training materials to drive sales. Eréndira also designed training programs for sales leaders and reached more than 500,000 individuals through their training initiatives.

In 2017, they joined Younique Products as a Market Specialist for Mexico and Spain. Throughout their time at Younique Products, they progressively took on more senior roles, including Training, Recognition, and Events Manager from 2018 to 2019, Training and Events Manager for Mexico and US Latina from 2019 to 2020, Regional Sales Training Manager for Latin Markets and Canada from 2020 to 2022, Regional Sales Training Director for Latin Markets, Mexico, Spain, Portugal, US Latina, and Colombia from 2022 to 2023, and currently serves as the Director of Training International Markets/Global from 2023.

Eréndira Peña Tovar has a diverse educational background. In 1990, they attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy with a specialization in Human Resources Training.

Afterwards, they pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Administration, Training, and Human Resources Formation at the Universidad Anáhuac from 1998 to 2000.

More recently, in 2017 and 2018, Eréndira attended IEBS and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing and Community Management.
