Starting in 1993, Shawn worked as a Supervisor at Convergys before transitioning to Focus Service in 1997, where they served as an Operations Manager, overseeing multiple call centers. Shawn saw significant growth in revenue and size during their four years with the company.

In 2002, Shawn joined Fresenius Medical Care as a Production Operator, later becoming a Machine Operator and earning the position of Alternate Production Specialist. Shawn ensured the smooth operation of machines and maintained the quality of the products.

In this role, they provide strategic direction and guidance on quality assurance standards and policies, successfully leading a world-class quality team and overseeing the company's expansion into the Dietary Supplement market.
