Natalie Leighton is a seasoned professional in the chamber of commerce sector, currently serving as President and CEO of the Yountville Chamber of Commerce since April 2025. Prior to this role, Natalie was the Vice President of Membership at the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included building partnerships and recruiting organizations for membership. Earlier experience includes serving as a Grassroots Coordinator for the California Chamber of Commerce, delivering presentations on legislation, and engaging business leaders. Other roles include Assistant Manager at Justice, where customer engagement and team training were key focuses, and Educational Leadership Consultant for Alpha Xi Delta, where recruitment and event planning were pivotal. Natalie began their career as a Tasting Room Associate at Foley Family Wines, developing customer relationships and product knowledge. Natalie earned a Bachelor's degree in Wine Business and Marketing from Sonoma State University.

Yountville Chamber of Commerce
The Yountville Chamber of Commerce, governed by a volunteer board of directors, shall actively market the Town of Yountville and chamber members to promote tourism and local businesses while contributing to the quality of life for the community. The Chamber’s primary purpose is to help local businesses succeed by: implementing programs that help to strengthen the local economy; providing networking opportunities; promoting community by producing local events and creating opportunities for individual involvement; and, marketing Yountville as the premiere small town destination.
