Matt Sparks

Matt Sparks has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Their career began at Northwestern Mutual, where they worked as a Financial Advisor Intern and then a Financial Advisor. In 2014, they moved to Kailos Genetics, where they held the role of Field Sales Manager. In 2016, they joined PSRS as an Intern Loan Analyst and in 2017 they began working at LabCorp as a Patient Access Advocate. Most recently, they have been at Grace Point Church since 2020, where they serve as the Finance Manager. In 2022, they will join Youpower as the Director of Operations, transforming multi-tenant real estate into sustainable environments.

Matt Sparks earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Point Loma Nazarene University between 2009 and 2012. Matt then went on to receive a Master's degree in Project Management from the same university between 2015 and 2017. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Life, Health, Disability, and Long Term Care Insurance.
