Sabina Cargill has extensive experience in healthcare and community support, currently serving as an Autism Care Coordinator, Specialist Community Outreach, MoRE Project coordinator at York University, Shared Lives Navigator, and Deputy Day Service Manager at Your Healthcare CIC since June 2013. Previously, Sabina held the position of Assistant Manager at the Royal Borough of Kingston from January 2008 to June 2013, and Deputy Manager at the London Borough of Ealing from January 2000 to January 2008, following a role in Community Care at the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames from September 1997 to January 2000. Sabina's career began at Oxfam, where responsibilities included serving as a special mission project assistant and interpreter from 1992 to 1997. Educational qualifications include A levels in French, Italian, and Counselling from the College of North East London, a BS in Psychology from The Open University, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of East Sussex.

Welcome to Your Healthcare CIC. We are a not for profit social enterprise, proud of delivering patient-led, high quality health and social care community services for residents in Kingston upon Thames. Working as a Community Interest Company (CIC), our status allows us to invest any surplus or profit back into front line services, where it is needed most by you, our community. As a health and social care provider, we work in partnership to provide over 40 services to the residents of Kingston. Some of our health care community services are: District Nursing, Health Visiting, School Nursing, Rehabilitation, Rapid Response, Continence, Respiratory, a Tissue Viability & Leg Ulcer clinic, Integrated Care, Learning Disability Services, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech & Language provision. Our social care community services include; Reablement & Shared Lives Scheme (formerly Adult Placement Scheme). We currently deliver health and social care services on behalf of the Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group, other NHS organisations and local authorities.
