Welcome to Your Healthcare CIC. We are a not for profit social enterprise, proud of delivering patient-led, high quality health and social care community services for residents in Kingston upon Thames. Working as a Community Interest Company (CIC), our status allows us to invest any surplus or profit back into front line services, where it is needed most by you, our community. As a health and social care provider, we work in partnership to provide over 40 services to the residents of Kingston. Some of our health care community services are: District Nursing, Health Visiting, School Nursing, Rehabilitation, Rapid Response, Continence, Respiratory, a Tissue Viability & Leg Ulcer clinic, Integrated Care, Learning Disability Services, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech & Language provision. Our social care community services include; Reablement & Shared Lives Scheme (formerly Adult Placement Scheme). We currently deliver health and social care services on behalf of the Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group, other NHS organisations and local authorities.
