Ben Battaglia

Ben Battaglia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben is currently the VP of Marketing at Your Money Line since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Brand & Creative at Seismic from November 2021 to December 2022. Before that, they served as the Chief of Staff at Lessonly from May 2021 to February 2022, where they worked closely with the CEO and President on operational and relational aspects of leading the business.

From November 2020 to May 2021, Ben held the position of VP of Marketing at Pillar, an early executive team member for Luma. Ben was responsible for making job interviews more equitable and effective through ML/AI. Prior to this, they worked at Lessonly as the Director of Marketing, leading inbound marketing and sales development, and as the Marketing Manager for Communications & Content.

Ben also has experience as a Leadership Fellow at the Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation from May 2019 to May 2020, and as an MBA Strategy Consultant at Principal Financial Group from January 2018 to April 2018. Ben started their career as an Area Director and Staff Associate at Young Life from June 2012 to May 2017.

Ben's earlier roles include positions at Glenview Park District as a Facility & Administrative Manager, Facility Manager, Assistant Manager, and Head Guard from October 2008 to September 2012. Ben also worked as an Intern in the United States Senate for a brief period in August 2011.

Ben Battaglia completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government at William & Mary in 2009. Ben then pursued further education and obtained a BA degree in Political Science, International Studies, and Integrated Marketing & Communications from Northwestern University from 2009 to 2012. Finally, Ben completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategic Management and Operations from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 2017 and 2019.
