Rose Soffel

Rose Soffel is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, learning, and development with extensive experience spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Trustee at Your Place since September 2023, Rose has previously held the position of Talent & Culture Director at People's Partnership, where responsibilities included leading the Talent Acquisition and Learning teams for a workforce of approximately 980 colleagues. Other notable roles include Head of Performance & Development at 11:FS, Learning & Development Program Manager at Amazon, and Global Head of Learning and Development at Revolut, where Rose developed comprehensive training strategies for significant employee populations.
