Allen Hoffman

Allen Hoffman has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Operations at YSDS since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Operations Manager - Americas at YSDS from September 2021 to January 2023. Before that, they were the Priority Shipments - Team Lead at YSDS from November 2018 to September 2021 and an Operations Specialist from November 2014 to November 2018.

Outside of YSDS, Allen worked as a Bartender & Bar Manager at Villa Napoli Restaurant from June 2014 to October 2014. Allen was also a Community & Digital Asset Manager at Internet Marketing Ninjas from March 2013 to June 2014.

In 2012, Allen held the role of Assistant in ReImagination of Cafe Alta Gracia at Vermont Coffee Company, where they rethought the entire cafe brand, developed a new business plan, and researched the company's history.

Allen started their career at Villa Napoli Restaurant in 2009 as a Bartender and Waiter, a position they held until 2012. Allen also briefly worked as a Public Liaison at Northern New York Call to Men in 2011, where they helped raise awareness and facilitated discussions on ending violence against women.

Allen Hoffman attended Middlebury College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and American Literatures.
