Patrick Verkaart

Patrick Verkaart is an experienced professional with a strong background in performance coaching, business development, and commerce. Currently serving as a Performance Coach and Scale Up Champion at YourSurprise since December 2018, Patrick has successfully implemented scale-up strategies that led to significant commercial growth and team expansion. Previously, Patrick held various roles at PostNL, including Strategic New Business Developer and Trainer/Coach, where collaboration with e-commerce companies and facilitating team improvements were key responsibilities. With earlier experience as Manager Product Development & Pricing at Spotta and Marketing & Sales Manager at PostNL, Patrick has built a solid foundation in product management and marketing. Patrick completed a Master of Science in Business Administration at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and has undertaken various training programs to enhance professional skills.
