Macey Hallstedt

Macey Hallstedt is a seasoned professional in people operations and talent management with a track record of success in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as People Operations Manager at Counterpart, Macey is responsible for a wide range of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience. Prior to this role, Macey was the Talent Operations Manager at Reforge, where significant contributions included refining onboarding processes and enhancing the candidate experience. Macey's career also includes roles at Berkeley Global, CEA Study Abroad, Arizona Outback Adventures, and in education as a Language Teacher in Spain. An alumnus of the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Communications and Spanish, Macey has also pursued additional coursework in writing.
