Giorgio Borgonovo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and engineering. As the CEO and co-founder of Gioda Consulting since January 2021, Giorgio drives organizational changes through digital transformation. In the role of Business Transformation Engineer and Associate Partner at Your Digital since March 2018, Giorgio specializes in redesigning business processes to enhance skills and integrate technology with a focus on customer needs. Furthermore, as a freelance Business & Knowledge Architect for Global Studio TCA since 2001, Giorgio aids in the creation of innovation-based strategies, offers business coaching, and conducts workshops on digital transformation. Previous positions include Program Manager at Golder Associates, where Giorgio led knowledge-sharing initiatives and managed geotechnical projects, and strategic consulting roles at SIS IMAGES.
