Christopher Karpovich

Christopher Karpovich has been in the workforce since 2020. Christopher began their career as a Product Intern at Synaptic Advisors, where they worked with SalesForce's Einstein Bots to construct a machine learning chatbot for use in automated customer service. Christopher also tested for variety of bugs in Youreka's iOS app and web-based client, and worked with SalesForce's customer data to produce a dashboard with discoveries, charts, and statistics. In 2021, Christopher moved to Youreka, where they took on the roles of Associate Product Manager and Associate Data Strategist. Christopher also continued in their Associate Data Strategist role at Synaptic Advisors.

Christopher Karpovich obtained a Bachelor of Science in Statistics with a focus in Data Analytics from Elon University in 2021. Christopher also holds a Microsoft Excel 2016 Certification from Microsoft, which they obtained in November 2018.
