Chris Woods

Chris Woods has over 10 years of work experience in the finance industry. Chris started their career in 2008 as an Audit Senior at Day, Smith & Hunter, where they trained for the ACA and gained experience in preparation of management accounts, statutory financial statements, statutory auditing, preparation of VAT returns, and calculating corporate tax expenses and provisions. In 2011, they joined Deloitte as a Client Manager, Audit Manager, and Assistant Audit Manager, where they were responsible for the delivery of engagements on a timely basis and within budgets, managing the day-to-day operations of field teams, and liaising and challenging clients throughout the audit process. In 2016, they joined The Hut Group as a Financial Controller, and in 2017 they were promoted to Divisional Finance Director. Most recently, in 2019, they joined YourParkingSpace as Chief Financial Officer and Group Finance Director.

Chris Woods obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Science from the University of Warwick between 2004 and 2007. Chris then obtained a Chartered Accounting (ACA) certification from the ICAEW in November 2011.
