Kate Pilcher

Kate Pilcher is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at yourtown since November 2023, Kate previously held the position of Senior Manager of Finance at WorldSkills International from May 2006 to April 2024, contributing to significant international skills training initiatives. Earlier roles include Record Company Manager at Seam of Gold International from January 1995 to June 2000, overseeing production and music publishing, and Financial Advisory Services Consultant at Deloitte in Auckland from February 1991 to January 1994. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from The University of Auckland and a Diploma in Music from the School of Creative Arts.
