Matias B. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Currently, they are the Content Lead at Yousician, where they oversee content operations and innovation for over 1.7 million daily active users. Prior to this, Matias held the position of Interim Product Lead at Yousician.

Before joining Yousician, Matias worked at Next Games, A Netflix Game Studio, as Game Lead (Product Owner) and Senior Producer. Matias also served as a Product Manager at Dodreams Ltd. and held various roles at DeNA, including Producer and Outsourcing Manager.

In addition to their professional roles, Matias has also enjoyed entrepreneurial ventures. Matias founded and served as the Founder & Product Management Lead at LAVS Interactive, a startup specializing in 3D audio development for gaming. Matias also worked as the General Manager (Head of Studio) & Project Lead at tbo and gained experience as a Freelance Music Composer and Sound Designer.

Furthermore, Matias has past experience at Sony, where they worked as a Project Manager for CRM & Loyalty program and as a Product Specialist for VAIO. Their early career included a role as a General Assistant in International Commerce at Francisco Constable SRL.

Matias B. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business and Computer Science from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Matias then pursued a Master's degree in Music Technology at the University of the Arts Helsinki from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Matias is enrolled in the Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In 2019, they also obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Reaktor.
