Raffaella Torriero

Raffaella Torriero is currently the Senior Customer Success Manager at Yousign, where Raffaella oversees the Italian clients' portfolio and is responsible for ticketing, technical and business calls, feedback meetings, and customer training sessions. Prior to Yousign, Raffaella worked as a Customer Success Manager at Lemonway and a Product Manager at Nutrimea. Raffaella also has experience in teaching English, managing customer service, influencer marketing, community management, and content creation. Raffaella holds a Master's degree in Management Consulting from Tor Vergata School of Business Administration and has participated in an overseas exchange program at Shanghai Normal University.
