Polina Berkova

Polina Berkova has been active in the tech recruitment industry since 2015. Polina began as the Head of Local Office and Vice-President of Marketing for Dnipropetrovsk Local Office at AIESEC in 2015. In 2017, they became the National Head of Organizational Expansion at AIESEC, responsible for opening and developing new local offices in Ukraine. In 2018, they moved to Daxx Software Development Teams in Ukraine as the Digital Marketing and SMM Manager for Employer Branding. In 2019, they joined YouTeam (YC W18) as the Head of Outbound Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialist. Currently, they are the Co-Founder of Localike, a global talent insight SaaS for tech recruitment.

Polina Berkova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet between 2013 and 2017. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Product Marketing. Growth from Projector School in December 2020, Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in November 2019, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in May 2019.
