Rita Bodnarchuk

Rita Bodnarchuk has worked in the IT industry since 2011. Rita began their career at ANCOR as a Recruitment Consultant and Researcher in Western Ukraine. In 2013, they moved to Lohika as a Technical Recruiter. In 2014, they joined Ciklum as Lviv Branch Manager with extra duties as Service Delivery Manager. Rita led the IT outsourcing and outstaffing branch with up to 90 staff members and 6 customers from Israel, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and USA. Rita also coordinated the job of an external Recruitment Agency and in-house Recruitment Consultants. In 2019, they joined YouTeam (YC W18) as COO and Head of Partner Relations. YouTeam is an outsourcing marketplace and a single point of access to over 500 vetted development agencies, representing a talent pool of 50,000+ contractors across 35 countries.

Rita Bodnarchuk earned their Master's Degree (MA) in Theory of Economics from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv between 2006 and 2011.
