Fidelis Bankpegluu

Fidelis Bankpegluu is an experienced Operations Manager currently serving Youth Challenge International since April 2018. Additionally, Fidelis holds a Finance Director position at Building Opportunities for Self-Empowerment since August 2007 and has managed financial and administrative responsibilities as Finance and Administrative Manager at the International Food Policy Research Institute from April 2011 to August 2016. Prior roles include Finance Manager at Development Solutions Centre from September 2008 to March 2011 and working on the ACDI/VOCA ADVANCE Project since October 2016. Fidelis Bankpegluu possesses an M.A. in Human Resources Development from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of Ghana, Legon, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA III).
