Randy Cruz is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, program coordination, and customer service. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at the Latino Film Institute since April 2021, Randy has progressively advanced from roles including Senior Program Coordinator and Program Coordinator to Administrative Assistant. Prior experience includes a position at Follett Higher Education as a Retail Team Member and several roles at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where responsibilities ranged from Front Office New Hire Facilitator to Front Office Operations Supervisor. Prior to these positions, Randy contributed as a Public Programs Volunteer at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and served as Secretary for the McArthur Park Neighborhood Council. In terms of education, Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Theory and Criticism from California State University, Northridge, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Cypress College, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Entertainment Industry Management at California State University, Northridge.
