Mia Pierson

Mia Pierson is currently the Director of Clinical Services at Youth Emerging Stronger. Mia has also worked as a psychotherapist in private practice, a licensed clinical supervisor, and a therapist II. In addition, they have also worked as a counselor and personal advocate. Mia Pierson has a passion for helping others and has dedicated their career to working with individuals who are experiencing various mental health challenges.

Mia Pierson has a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Mia also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University. In addition, Mia Pierson is certified as a Seminar Facilitator from 2U and as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist from both the DC Department of Health and California BBS.

Mia Pierson works with Ann McConville - Senior Director, Compliance & Impact, Angela Leonard - VP & CFO, and Kenneth Cook - Director, Runaway & Homeless Youth. Mia Pierson reports to Mark Supper, President & CEO.
