Howard Lucy

Howard Lucy has extensive experience in leadership development and strategic planning, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development & Strategic Planning at Youth for Christ since August 2003. In addition, Howard has been a Principal/Consultant at Vision for Next Generation/Collaborative Leadership Group since 1995, focusing on operational management consulting and strategic planning for non-profits. Previous prominent roles include Executive Director of Southern Tier Opportunity Coalition from 2003 to 2005 and Executive Pastor at Union Center Christian Church from 1992 to 2002. Howard also founded Meritus Consulting and worked as a Business Area Manager at IBM from 1980 to 1991.
