Len Netti

Len Netti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, design, and marketing across various industries. As the Cofounder and Architect of an innovation lab at Youth For Christ USA Inc. since August 2025, Len is focused on rejuvenating innovation within the movement. Previously, Len held significant roles at Crowe, including Partner Elect and Managing Director of the X-Lab, where human-centered design was emphasized. Len also served as Vice President at Designvox, directing a multidisciplinary strategy and business design practice. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Crowe Horwath LLP, Independent Contractor roles for startups, and co-founding a charitable organization that distributed educational materials globally. Len began a career in biomedical engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University.
